Traditional Sourdough bread: crusty, with a soft interior and traditional sourdough flavor. Made with only flour, water, and salt.

Artisan bread is fermented for 24 hours to give it optimal sourdough flavor.

This batch with be accented with flour pine trees for Christmas.

Ingredients: flour (Unbleached hard red wheat, enzyme, malted barley flour), water, sea salt, sweet white rice flour

Allergy Warning: Made on shared surfaces with bread containing milk and eggs.

Loaves are 900g pre-bake.
